"State Farm has always been good to us that is why we do not consider any other Insurance agency to cover our home, autos and personal items. When an incident occurs it is a quick call to State Farm and if applicable the agency sends out an adjuster fairly quickly. Once the Adjuster submits their findings our claims are settled promptly. We love State Farm."

"Terrible customer service one of there agents is rude, nasty and very condescending shouts at customers for mistakes made on their part. Just awful! your clients were sitting with me I had the call on speaker phone and was explaining to your agent the situation after like the 4th phone call your client even called your office to explain what we needed to get the car. Your agent shouted and was practically raising his voice and screaming on the phone saying LALALALA and hung up like a crazy person. The phone call is recorded if you would like to hear it back yourself. Your clients were even appalled by the behavior of your employee hearing him ranting on speaker phone and apologized to me for his nasty behavior. So don't lie and on this reply to my survey. When your employes do not know how to do there jobs and be efficient Shame on you!"
